Neat signature. These days I set my brush mode to Overlay when stamping my logo brush, it kinda blends in better but is still perfectly visible.
Nice shot with the leading road and the angle of the hills. The processing has left just a hint of a halo where the sky meets the hills otherwise it's well done IMHO.
Thanks Graham, yea I export my images from Lightroom after processing them in Photoshop and was playing around with the opacity of the signature last night so must of left it on too high.
I didn't notice the halo's to be honest, probably because I done this in a rush before work this morning
I will redo this and post it again after the weekend.

We all see some amazing things through the windscreen as we go about life. Nicely done to take the time to capture and share it with us. Well seen and composed.
Beautiful shot for a snapshot, Matt...
love the shot but as with some of the others my attention was almost instantly drawn to the 'road sign'.
Shame that the focal point seems to be by popular opinion on a possibly otherwise okay shot is a watermark.
That is, without question, a total waste of everyone’s time....is by no means a waste of time!
Maybe just post a shot of the watermark next time and call it good?

That is a great photo, Matt. I like the composition with the road leading the eye, past the pelican and down the valley towards the sunset. Those are very ominous looking clouds!
Lovely image Matt, I'm sure it will look more beautiful after fixing the halo![]()
That's nice Matt but I'm not keen on signatures invading the comp to this extent either I'm afraid. It seems to me that the art of good composition is all about drawing the eye to what you want the viewer to see. That's what the nice lead in of the road achieves here but for me, it is then countered by your eye catching logo. Sorry![]()
Well live and learn![]()
Funny I picked it for what it is straight away.
There is something odd, it's white and blue, on the slope on the lower left side of the frame. There's also something very yellow right up the center of the picture. It might be a plant or something, can't really tell. But they are both pretty bright. You might want to consider toning those down a bit. It does look like the sky was placed behind the mountains rather than being there in the first place.
I like the composition and the dramatic sky and how it all seems to trail down that valley. I'm wondering if going out there on another morning and setting up on the other side of the road might make for an interesting shot. The road does dominate a lot of the frame. It does provide a leading line, so...
Overall, a great picture.
