    Conversation with Bird...for C&C

    1. Tell Me About Your Day Today...

    Conversation with Bird...for C&C

    2. Come on...I am all ears...huh??? What did you say again???

    Conversation with Bird...for C&C

    3. That is a lie !!!

    Conversation with Bird...for C&C

    4. Did they really say I look like a funk?

    Conversation with Bird...for C&C

    5. Wait till I catch them gossiping about me!!!I'm going to funk them too!!!

    Conversation with Bird...for C&C

Reality...the bird was feeding and watching me if I will move from my perch hence the blurriness of some head and beaks...and since I was pressing my shutter speed quickly I got these poses...Hope you enjoy these one...

What a cute series & commentary Izzie!
A fun series, but also a very successful one, as I think the colour tones of the OOF foliage in the background coupled with the 2 colours in the feeder dish, work really, really well.

Nice set and commentary, Izzie. I like the 4th shot. I like the way the red and green of the feeder are repeated in the background and the bird's colours.

So you've taken to talking to birds now Izzie, well at least they don't answer back with smart alec remarks

Nice series with a clever commentary. Pity about the blurring in the first couple of shots, maybe a faster shutter speed would have helped.

This series were also shot on the same day as the other thread and I am still editing that batch. I had since changed my feeder to a proper one but I like this feeder best ... the birds really enjoy this one.

Thank you for your very kind comment. 'Appreciate it very much.

And I was thinking of exactly that Dave, last night as I was doing my pp -- maybe a faster shutter speed. I will do that today if I can still stand up after doing all those gardening yesterday. It's that time of the year here...wonder what tomorrow will bring photographically...or not.

    'Appreciate your comments, mate.

Yes they do...all denizens around here loves me because I am their source pan (food source)...from two legged birds to four legged poochies and two men lingering, sniffing and smelling around my kitchen like as if these dingoes hasn't been fed just a short time ago...

When I still have the energy, Barbara...I take a shot each day of different things but by the time it is editing time, it is time for bed again...Once a week submission maybe enough. I had not garden since last year and I've missed the beauty of my surrounds now that the doggies are getting the idea that they are not allow near my plants...

Thanks David and Matt for commenting. I do appreciate it heaps and heaps.

David... I will get back to insects and bugs when I see them around. It is too windy yesterday afternoon when I was looking. I haven't stopped looking though and still waiting for those bees too. If I didn't anything interesting at daylight I will start to do something about it, like baiting them with sweetish water or something..

Nice series Izzie. The poses are well-chosen and comments are all apposite. What was the bird? Is it some sort of Cardinal? I'm not familiar with American tweety-birds.

Nice series, some really good captures. Have you considered shooting video and doing a screen capture?

Izzie - Great series and commentary. Of them all I like #5 the best, great sharpness and composition. Maybe a touch tighter on the crop...

    Hi Izzie,

#4 and #5, exceptionally well done! Beautiful detail, gorgeous colour, good light, lovely clear backgrounds and sharp focus and beautiful clarity on the birds eye. #4 is my favourite slightly edging out #5 for the softer bokeh...
