    Very Busy Bee!

This little guy was a handful to shoot, they never stop for any length of time so 99% of his images went into the bin what brought him to my attention was the amount of pollen on his legs every flower he landed on bent double with the amount he was carrying! C&C Welcome.

    Very Busy Bee!

Wow! He's loaded down and doing his job well!

    Another great capture David.

This one made me realize, it's a good thing bees don't get allergies. Look at it's nose!

I just wonder about a 90 degree rotation?

Going by the wing veins it looks like a honey bee to me.

Cheers Geoff, I kinda like it this way as it showed, to me anyway, how the weight of him pulled the flower over

But as I'm here to please, and after I had a look at the rotation, and thought maybe you were right, here it is, with a tad off the L/H/S

    Very Busy Bee!

I prefer the new rotation as well as the increased detail captured in highlights of the pedals.

If you look at the flower you can see its tongue, it collects the pollen this way and I think the pollen is sticky anyway, then sticks it to its legs Our Geoff will know if I am wrong

Another great shot, David, of which I have not seen the like before. Maybe they hand out performance-related bonuses at his hive.

    Re: Very Busy Bee!

Superb David, I liked the original but preferring the edit due to the enhancement of the pollen stuck to the bee.

We still have a total lack of critters here and having got the macro bug yesterday after a search around the place found nothing.

    Cheers, Grahame
