Willow Warblers are almost identical to Chiffchaff but have slightly darker legs and a more pronounced dark stripe on their heads at eye level. So yes, probably a chiffchaff.
According to my book, Chiffchaffs are found on the west coast but less so in the highlands and east coast. Hopefully a sign of warmer weather to come.
