    Super-ma'am Returns

Haven't had been able to do much shooting the past few days, so I thought I'd try a couple of fun shots with my daughter, down at a local Totara woodland.

Great shots. She's so tan right now -- you're surely just rubbing it in that it is summer over there and we're still stuck in winter

I think I am seeing a rise in model fees soon. Nice work to the both of you!

Thanks folks, to be honest, I'm really not a summer person ... I'm more of a spring / autumn kinda guy, when it's not so "darn" hot ... "hopefully" the days will start to cool off a bit soon.

PS: Don't forget to give me a hard time about the noise ... both shot at ISO 1600

    Colin,
I really like the first one. To be honest, I think you always nail the lighting and the technical side, but the portraits are a bit static. The wide angle effect and the DoF in the first one work very well with the pose and make a rather dynamic image.
I don't know if you're daughter is into it, but I think a bit more 'action shots' would be great. For example in the forest: running, jumping, throwing leaves. Maybe you could bring some attributes which can be used.

    for example:
