Check Colour settings in the pull down Edit, settings were Custom with RGB as Prophoto, when it up dated it reset settings to North American General 2 and RGB to sRGB, selecting North American Prepress 2 changes RGB to Adobe sRGB, if you select ProPhoto as the workspace for RGB than the settings change to Custom.
North American General Purpose 2 is a workspace in sRGB good if you only post for web
North American Prepress 2 is a workspace in Adobe RGB better for print
Custom you chose the colour workspace you want in my case I choose ProPhoto.

I do not know why these settings were not brought over, as they should be as a result when you open a image from ACR in ProPhoto you get a message that the Photoshop workspace is not the same as the image's workspace.
