Superb work Brian ! This is what a macro lens is for
In image No 1 I believe it's showing signs of CA on the hairs, see where they are blue. I put it into ACR and used the CA removal tool and it eliminates easily without affecting the rest of the image.
It's something to take note of, you get it with certain lighting conditions and lenses and it's easily fixed.
When you can see the hairs at this size sharp, you are getting it right
