Well, thanks for the votes. Compositing is a new art for me and I do enjoy shooting sequentially to make them. I am now learning the finer art of gif animations and that's fun as well.

This was a sequential shot of 6 exposures all shot at f/8, 1/125 ISO 400 Nikon D810 200-500 Nikkor at 500mm, handheld pan.
This composite involved a lot of layer masking to get each plane in the correct aspect while keeping the smoke. I used the quick seelct tool with the refine edge tool to isolate each plane in the frame. Prior to making the first layer, I took one of the exiting shots, cloned out the plane and used that as my base layer. I started from the front to the back. I did all the other PP work (curves adjustments, color, etc.,) after I flattened the sequence for color and shadow detail uniformity. I am working on this now as a gif animation.
This was printed as a 30x40 on metal, an order from the pilot who is a Raptor jockey now stationed at Nellis AFB, I believe.
