    Hostas & Ferns

A shady garden with some sunlight filtering through the trees to highlight some of the ferns and hostas. IR color converted to B&W in Silver Efex Pro 2 and slightly toned. This is a two-shot, hand held pano. I like the textures and tones of the different plants. It was very pretty in person. Comments and suggestions welcome.

The foreground material appears so nicely delicate that I would consider cloning to remove the dark rock formation that pulls my eye away from that area of the scene.

Thank you for the kind comments. This was a Japanese garden and uses lots of large rocks as part of their design. The light was soft coming through the trees and I purposely tried to convey that feeling in my processing. At the time, I was shooting with my IR modified camera so I don't have a normal color image. It was very pretty and green. This was taken around noon on a sunny day so the light was less than ideal for normal photography but excellent for infrared.
