The Canon 70D is a very good camera. I assume you plan to purchase this with a kit lens supplied with the camera.

The only reason to question your plan would be if you already owned a DSLR camera and lenses from another manufacturer (e.g. Nikon). If you do, then it does not make sense to switch systems.

The 70D is a a great little camera,in my opinion it is better than the 7D,which I have owned in the past.Great value camera and I would not hesitate to recommend it.

Out of focus can be caused by a multitude of different things, incorrect depth of field relates to an aperture problem, movement by the subject relates to shutter speed problem. In accurate focusing relates to an operator problem, without knowing your settings it's difficult to assess your problem

I think it would be very helpful if you would post an example. If we could see one of the pictures in which this is a problem, it is more likely to assist people in providing an answer.

    Hi Lingaesh,

If you successfully uploaded the pictures somewhere (e.g. TinyPic), you forgot to put a link to it in your post here, so we cannot see it.

Full instructions are in the link Donald gave.

Have another go - good luck, Dave
