    A fun gimmick

What to do with a picture that's just so-so....
but you really dont't want to throw it away----not if it's a picture of the great grand children.
    Here's one option.....

    A fun gimmick

    A fun gimmick

The originals were snapshots taken at my great granddaughters' 2nd birthday party.

Kaleidoscope! I have a fun book of crafts for photos but so far time constraint is preventing me for even opening it...I like the first one of your granddaughter. The second boy one is not as good in the neck...looks odd...pretty good fun you have there...

Interesting concept Kris, it's not something that I've considered creating was it time consuming/ difficult to create?

I downloaded this action quite a while ago - I forgot where. Might have been Deviant Art, but I'm not really sure....
The action works in PS CS5, PS CS6, PS CC. I takes no time at all, once you have positioned the part you want to use.

Look for kaleidoscope plug-ins or filters. I think Photoshop has one.
