Hmmmm, Something I feel I have been guilty of as well Richard. I usually give them a welcome aboard when I am replying to one of their posts but if no-one says hi there and welcome when they announce their arrival we may not hear from them again.
I for one will be more aware of the newcomers

I and one or two other folk do respond to every new post put into the NEW MEMBER? Please Introduce Yourself Here thread. And more people are very welcome to join us in doing so. All I'd ask is that you check the list because there may be more than one new member post waiting for a response, so don't just reply to the last one in the list.
