What do you have in the way of editing software?
This is potentially a good shot but I would like to crop very slightly closer and fractionally tone down the highlights.

Not knowing what type of camera you used for this shot perhaps makes it difficult to be constructive, but I would have opted for a cropping as Jim has done. Maybe you did not have the facility to manually focus and so make the kitten's face a touch sharper?

Barry -- the camera he used for this shot is a Nikon D5200...
Welcome to CiC...I am glad you decided to join us. Keep 'em shots coming...you are doing a good job so far. Your EXIF did not show what software you are using to do your pp...so cannot really advise you there.
