Helpful Posts: Does anyone know of any free programs or plugins (Adobe Photoshop/Lightroom) that lets you add a border around you're photo? Having to resize an image just isn't doing it. I'm looking for something similar to what Walmart and Sears use.

Just use your brush on a different layer and you can do your own borders the way you like it...or take a picture, crop the inside and make your border. Another method is to use the Custom Shape Tool in Photoshop, go to the top of the command bar, look for Shape, press that arrow down -- on the top right hand side of the little window you will find another small arrow, press/hold that down and select Frames.
