    Yes, there is a lot going on in that busy scene; but in this particular case it all comes together well and helps to create a good overall balance.

    Matt - you had posted this in the "People and Pets" category, and this is really and architecture / city scape shot that really should be in the "Nature and Architecture" category, so I moved it there.

    That being said; I like this image. The tram and girl sitting on the wall take what is really a building that dominates the image and adds some life to it.
