New Mayor--

The new Mayor of my Town, Brentwood, was sworn in at the Town Hall in the annual Mayor-Making Ceremony. Here in UK Mayors are elected by Councillors NOT by the Townspeople. The outgoing Mayor presents cheques to representatives of the chosen Charities -- we had a 'Lady Mayor' last year as well -- I go to take photos for some local newspapers and take my Wife then after all the Ceremony and some Council business we all get a free drinks and food session ! I used my PENTAX K10D with 28-70mm f4 SMC Pentax-FA AL lens and my flash was my Mecablitz 45 CL3 . Here are just a couple to show non -uk members --
