    Covent Garden

Three views from covent garden I took last year. I am not into architecture as such but found these scenes interesting. I would appreciate your input as I would like to go to places and be able to capture the beauty and structure of buildings. Thanks Joanne x

I like all of them in order of first to last. Notice the strong halos in the last two photos, probably caused by over sharpening.

In your first two photographs you see something interesting that you want to share with the viewer. I get it and I like both of them. The third picture is a photograph of a building. And, so what? I don't see what's interesting about it. It needs additional context to make it worth viewing.

    Hi Joanne,

IMHO I think you have captured what you want the viewer to see and you have done a pretty good job of it. I like the lighting and atmosphere created in these shots.

    You may do it again!

    Hi Joanne,

    I like #1 and #2 most; #3 doesn't say much to me.

I particularly like the reflections of light in the bulbs of #2, and it's a pity that they're missing in two of them. If you visit Covent Garden again, it would be a good challenge to get reflections in all of them.

    Thanks for showing them.

    Tony
