    Maybe cropped slightly close on the top and right edge. But very little extra would be needed; probably 10% more would be ample.

    And it is possible that you had to remove something unwanted from the scene.

    Nice bright and clear eye.

    Like to see a shallower DoF. I do find my eye drawn to the background.

    A shallower depth of field? somehow I don't think you are going to get this shot again but if you do, could you get him to stick his tongue out too? How did you happen upon such a cooperative sneaky snake anyhow?? Great shot!

    Nice shot but I do agree with Geoff on cropping. You need to leave room for your subject to 'breathe' in the frame.
