I was just reading on presets some and came across one I really liked but just read how to do it. It was how to blur a background in LR4. Using the paintbrush just add negative clarity then adjust as wanted. It's the little things that help a lot for me anyway.
Just wanted to add that once your on the youtube page you can type in any thing you want to learn in LR4 and hit search.
