    Osprey - part 2

All that flying around in part 1 resulted in this.

    Amazing! Simply amazing!

Given the pose in the 3rd image, have you considered a 16:9 ratio crop?

Oh my! These are outstanding! And with a 300mm lens. I've no excuses with my 400mm. Haven't even come close on any flying bird shot. Thanks for sharing these.

Congrats Bobo, #3 is absolutely stunning. As suggested by Frank, a 16:9 crop might look even better.

Just wondering what happened to the beautiful blue sky in #2?

    Thanks Kris, Frank, Terri, Bedanta.

Sky in #2 - he was backed by a large section of dark clouds at that point. Easily fixed.

    Thanks for the 16:9 suggestion.

#3a - straight crop off #3, will need to go back to the original size shot and recrop so that there is a bit more space at the bottom.

It's amazing how much more the Osprey's face is noticed now with the crop in 3a. All lines now seem to point to the Osprey's face and the fish's open mouth. Well done!

Very nice shots Bobo. I think Frank's suggestion to use the 16:9 crop turned out well. Thanks for sharing.
