Two bee eaters - not talking! (bit of fun)

I was trying to make an image out of the light and texture on the tangle of wood, with the birds (white-fronted bee eaters) to give a splash of colour and interest. I think the birds are a bit too small for the shot to really work, but with this version and crop I can't help but see a couple sat at either end of a park bench after a row - and definitely not talking to each other!

I see what you was wanting to do. Maybe a little work in Lightshop would help. If you don't mind here the shot again after some re-work. I feel the birds and there colors stand out more now.

Hi Paul, thanks for taking time and trouble to improve the image. It is very different and does bring out some colours. To be honest, though, I had decided that the picture I really wanted just isn't there, so I posted to try and raise a smile.
