nice...gonna need a bigger screen though...can barely fit the whole height.

I like the fact that the red "filter" (lack of a better word) does not apply to the whole image.
nice orange to red transition as well

keep it coming (another happy rookie viewer!)

Cokin Grad Sunset? Excellent execution; a very powerful image! Well done.

i think this could be the one of the best pics from mrkaskais collections here this pic could have done without that unnatural sky color it really does not do much, except create a distraction,in such a solemn, soulful, empty, barren, natural landscape foreground could have done with more sharpness,at the shooting stage or ps stage, which ever the photographer would have been skillfull but these are minor tweaks, that still cannot over ride the pic landscape beauty
just to add an after thot! i dont think there is any life on mars........

I think that is the whole point of what Kaskais has done here, - the orange sky colour - is the purpose and the title in a 'tongue in cheek' way reflects this entirely.

Kaskais has produced many interesting shots utilising filters, be they on camera or during post processing and as we have come to almost expect, these are his 'trademark'.

The colour, the distant character and the title really make this one for me.

I have to agree with shreds; without the filter it wouldn't be the same.
