    A nice location with lots of potential for revisits you found there Don. The empty branches on the top right and closeness of the top of the falls to the edge of the frame take away a bit for me. I like your shutter speed on this one too. For me it's closer to what water falls look like than a lot of the long exposure stuff.

    Don, the water looks wonderful in this photo, so I very much agree with this quoted comment from Andrew. On the whole I like your composition, but I also agree that the top is cropped rather too close. I think that the contrast in the scene is making the rocks a little bit too dark for me - the shadow detail in the image needs bringing out a bit more.

    I like the reduced exposure and darker shadows, I think it helps focus my attention to the subject- the beautiful cascades. It's a matter of personal preference, and I like this very much. Although long exposure "water silk" can be stunning, it has gotten to be cliche, and I too am glad to see a more realistic rendering. Well done.
