Another night shot from me. This one taken from a mountain lookout (Mt Coot-tha) about 7Km west of the CBD.
Focal length 100mm f/4.5 10 sec exposure.
The blue line on the left is a bridge across the river (Gateway Bridge) which is about 7 Km on the other side of the CBD. Note the compression effect in distance.

Thanks Jason and Mal. I got there early and set up the tripod (around sunset) and just as well I did as the place was swarming with tourists as it got dark. All wanting me to take their photo !
