Only Chance for a White Christmas

Not a trace of the white on the ground. We may just make it to 2012 without any significant coverage. The skiers are very angry.

Care for a trade? On Thursday, we were enjoying open roads and green fields with temperatures around 7 Celcius. By mid-afternoon on Friday, this was the scene from my back deck. It's still here! Pretty, but annoying BTW, our local ski hill opened before December 25th for the first time in a number of years.

I'll bet the kids (and skiers) love it. I live in an apartment building and so it's not as annoying as it used to be when I had to shovel it on an almost daily basis.
