    Doorknob

    Taking photo's inside the house as it's either to hot or it's raining.This also is another foray into creating an acceptable b&w image.I do have other's that i will post when i have the time to get to them as the wife and i are looking into moving back to the mountains.C&C are very welcome.Thanks for viewing...Ron

    That is a good conversion, in my opinion.

    One suggestion. take the top, left and right hand edges of the image as they are ... and make it square. In other words, lose a lot of the shadow at the bottom. I don't think it's really adding anything to the image.

    That's do me. I think it becomes a more powerful and well composed image.

    Hi Ron,
    I don't do much with B&W, but I do like this photo. I think the second crop at Donald's suggestion is a better image. Interesting door knob! I like the idea of finding interesting photos without making a special trip! I like the idea of special trips too
