    This was just a candid shot I took and thought i'd play around with, was not meant to be anything special but I quite like how it has turned out.

    And so you should. That's a very strong image. Very good conversion. Richness of tone. Good contrast. And excellent detail on the machine. A candid shot maybe, but you got the timing right to get an excellent sky.

    Hi Damien,

    I find this thought provoking -

    I'd prefer the hook, which is heavy and very unlikely to swaying much, to be vertical.
    Except then the crane tower would look too 'falling over'.

    So I guess what it needs is the classic perspective correction to make both vertical.
