    Hi Rachel,
It is a wonderful photograph, and pretty tough one to capture...
You have done a wonderful job...
I just wish Echo's eyes would have been in better focus, so that her fixation on 'treat' would have given the pop...
Anyways, a fleeting moment captured well!
    Take care...

Fantastic. I think the shallow DoF really adds to the pic.

Is she going for the treat, your lens, or your hand?

Excellent action shot. I'm just glad I wasn't taking it Although I'm sure she's a big softie really.

    Thanks, everyone

I have plenty of photos of her doing this where the eyes are in focus. My new Sigma 24mm 1.8 arrived yesterday and I wanted to try it with just the nose & teeth in focus this time

I was just looking at your site. You have some excellent animal shots there, with very good light and frozen action in some of them. I've added myself to the follow list, if that's OK.

    Really nice capture, Rachel...
    Echo's concentration seems so obvious...
It seems as if this is a video, and soon I shall see a frame where she would gobble up the treat!
    Congrats!

Thanks very much, everyone! I really appreciate all the nice comments.

I do have a video, actually. She moves pretty slowly most of the time, but she's quick when it comes to catching treats!
