The background is a bit 'congested' but there is usually quite a lot happening here so perfect camera angles are hard to find.
ps. About 6 months ago we had a 'photo a day for a month, challenge and although it was a bit of a stretch to find something interesting to photograph on some days I did find the overall result quite rewarding - eventually.
I love that. I love anything with water, docks, and boats

This is the property line between my yard and the ladies who live next door. The plants (lilies) are theirs, but they are too old to take care of them so I have been taking care of them for the past couple of years. I've also been digging up the big ones every fall and splitting them in half and replanting them in my yard.
Its good for the plants and its good for my yard and pocketbook :D

They're all different....don't worry, they'll be well documented in full bloom :)

This place looks awesome. Nice picture.
I'm very very envious. Right now we're underwater, we've had an incredibly snowy winter, the most rain ever recorded in April and we're close to hitting the average May rainfall already. I'm ready to go kayaking, but every boat launch/parking lot is under water.

Bryan, that looks like a real fun place but risky for kids, at the same time.
Too slippery I guess.

Thanks, funny enough there is a sign to the right that says "no swimming in the fountain". But never the less, on warm spring/summer days, there's always a crowd walking through the stair step waterfalls. The stairs are not too slippery, rather rough concert. The biggest risk is the little ones not paying attention and mistepping.

Well ...
... I did think of it ... and then didn't do a darn thing with it. I'm guilty of talking the talk, but not walking the walk on this occasion :D:o
So I hereby gift the idea to Mary - to do with as she feels best, with no fear of being beaten by a big stick :)

My pleasure, but a bit busy with something far more important at the moment, fortunately!

Taken some time ago but it still looks like this if you don't look left. Actually I used Topaz Infocus and got perfect focus but then found out the trial had expired:eek: So this is not so good with Topaz Detail.:(
