Katherine Gorges 2018 Project 52, second quarter by Lindsay (CormacD)
Went on a sunset dinner cruise a couple of nights ago on the Katherine River, Nitmiluk National Park out of Katherine in the Northern Territory of Australia, beautiful trip. Here's a couple of samples.

Nice pics Lindsay, but would have had more impact with a croc or two in the frame :eek:

Nicely composed, both look a bit soft but could be the low resolution.
Kakadu National Park 2018 Project 52, second quarter by Lindsay (CormacD)
Visited the Kakadu National Park in the Northern Territory of Australia. The Park is nearly 20,000 square kilometres.
These couple of pics were taken on a sunrise breakfast cruise at Yellow Waters. The park has massive amounts of wet lands as there is plenty of rain in the wet season.

Yes Bill, over the side of the boat. I use the Nikon 1 compact system so the 30 mm lens is equivalent to about 80 mm in the traditional 35 mm standard.

Stayed at Eighty Mile Beach Caravan Park on the North West Coast of Western Australia, lovely spot where a lot of people sty for months on end to fish and keep warm.

Pardoo Station Beach 2018 Project 52, second quarter by Lindsay (CormacD)
Stayed at the the Pardoo Station Camp Ground. Popular fishing location on the Pilbara Coast near Port Hedland in Western Australia. Big tides when we were there, full moon each night means big tides.

Bag Piper 2018 Project 52, second quarter by Lindsay (CormacD)
We camped at the Albert Tognolini Campground on the Great Northern Highway between Port Hedland and Newman in the Pilbara Region of Western Australia. Beautiful spot and our camping neighbour played the bag pipes at sunset.

Dales Gorge in the Karrijini National Park in the Pilbara Region of Western Australia, we stayed there overnight and walked around the top of the gorge.
