PPI has NO influence on the display, and you don't get 'magically' more information by using a higher PPI value...
Only the size in pixels is important here, and Jeff's image is actually smaller than some of the others (original is 1024 px high, Jeff's 750).
Also, the PP'ed versions have been edited from a jpeg and then re-encoded to jpeg. This will increase any artifacts already present and might
introduce some new ones. The original was at 56 kB, where the uncompressed image would take about 2 MB. Edits are files of 150-400 kB,
so less compressed, but still not lossless. Add to that changes in image size, and there's lots of occasions to change image quality.
I think what 'pasusan' is seeing is mainly due to differences in jpeg quality, it's most certainly not caused by a different PPI setting.
