Normally you'll only need 0.3px @ approx 50%. I usually toggle the effect off and on a few times and look for frosting. It you applied output sharpening to that image than I'd be 99% sure that it's the culprit.

You've clearly captured a beautiful lady... a beautiful heart... a beautiful life.

From one (hopeful to be Survivor) She looks really stunning and it is beautifully shot.

Given her healthy glow and obvious happiness I think the sleeve this is just natural looking and rather like it.
