North Head lighthouse near the mouth of the Columbia river.

As I've already stated in a different post, I hardly ever see fog where I live and it fascinates me.

That's the one Nancy - apparently the oldest on Cape Cod and they had to move it (all in one piece) due to cliff erosion.

Now this is a treatment that you don't often see and expertly presented Craig! :)

Next time I'm out I'll be looking for situations where this technique can be effectively used. Thank you for posting! ;)

This one is from a business trip to England in the late '90s. Over the weekend, I rented a car and drove to Wales. That was a wonderful experience. South Stack Lighthouse.

Here's another one I found in my collection. I took this shot back in 2007. The lighthouse is the Tillamook Rock lighthouse near the mouth of the Columbia river.
