Well, Dr Who is made in Wales (Cardiff).:) I was surprised to see that Errol Flynn is Australian - never knew that. It's surprising how many 'Hollywood' stars came from outside the US.
Getting back on track... another one...

So who owns the teddies? There's seems to be quite a collection. Any that would impress Antiques Roadshow?
Do you want the rest of us to share photos of our teddies too?

Don't tell me you get that too?
The teddies are mine, but you may well get a different answer if you ask a certain other person. I have about twenty of them. The knitting is done by one of my trusted assistants.:) Cute aren't they?

You are a softie! Are you going to do a full group shot?
Yes Antiques Roadshow is shown here.
We also get Stephen Fry - he seems to be flavour of the month. His show about crossing America was on a while ago and has just been repeated over the silly season. We also get his show QI but it seems to be broadcast completely out of sequence. He was here doing shows last year.
I watched Graham Norton's new year's eve show within hours of it being shown in the UK. We also have all the Grumpy Old ... shows. The one about class was very interesting. Do you have a lounge or a sofa? Do you use a serviette or a napkin? Is it the toilet, the lav or the loo?
We may have our own cultural identity but there is a strong connection for a lot of us with the UK. I went to London in the late 80s and it felt like home. Very strange considering my ancestors came here in the mid-19th century. But we also have a lot of other cultural influences. We are very diverse in this country.
That's it for the cultural lesson.
R
PS More teddies please:)

Presumably you can get BBC services via Sky? Oops there's another one I forgot - Rupert!
