Hi Everyone,
This is my first post here of an image I did for another site's assignment. That theme was "red." I decided to combine this with a suggestion from elsewhere to photograph a color's emotion. Then I reversed things. The result is "Red Frost Crystals." I read the image posting directions, but hope I get it right the first time.

Here is my entry for this month competition: The Pinnacle Desert
I traveled to Western Australia in mid January 2011, and got a chance to stay two nights in Cervantes - a small town 200KM from WA's capital city Perth. From there I visited WA's Pinnacle Desert three times. The following photo was from one of these visits to the desert.

well...I just joined a few days ago and am blown away by the work I see here... it's really inspiring! I'm a touch nervous to load one of my own for the first time, and especially in a competition thread, but here goes anyway - I'm pretty pleased with how this one turned out, although I'm sure it has some technical flaws.. :)
