If your Edit your post and next to the 'Post Quick Reply' button at bottom right is another marked 'Go Advanced'. If you click Go Advanced it will open a second dialogue box where you can change the Title.

If you mean 'compete' in terms of producing quality to sit alongside the best, then there is only one step, with three parts - Practice, Practice, Practice.
