    Juniper, Red Rock Canyon.

Another image from the archives. Captured in 2012 with the Canon 5DII & 35mm lens.
A gnarled and weathered juniper snag observed in a Utah red rock canyon.
With red being the predominant colour WB can be a little tricky. In this instance temp is set at 5100K and tint at 0.
    C&C welcome as usual..........

If this were mine, I would crop the top half off then try to bring out the little bit of green in the small bushes.

I agree with André's assessment. This is what I refer two as an image with two main subjects; the tree and the red rock in the upper part of the shot. This creates a visually distracting image where we jump back and forth between the two main subjects.

The tree is the more interesting parrt of the image, so if this were my shot I would make a hard crop and work with the tree and make it stand out from the background/
