2019 Project 52, First Quarter - by Merle (MerleP)

Week 4 - Project 52, First Quarter
Still at this point a relatively mild winter. I like looking for small somewhat abstract images in the environment. Found this as I was getting out of my car in a parking lot. Had some time before appointment, so this is the result.

I like this image Merle but I think you need to burn the bright area on the left that emerges from the dark abut half way up.

Almost missed this one, nice concept.

Project 52 - Week 5 -
Gorgeous sunset, but needed something different than all the past ones. It's the time of the year that it shines perfectly on our front door which has some glass panels that have angled edges. The square sort of diffuse patterns are from the screen door.

That is an unusual and pleasing take on a sunset.

Would you consider cropping a little from the right to make it more symmetrical? And maybe a quarter of the dark area at the bottom of the image?
