I just noticed this. Can you spot the bird?

A most unfortunate update on the bears. These bears had been captured in that area a while back and relocated 150 miles to the west. Apparently they made their way back to that area and were perceived to be dangerous. They were captured and euthanized. Tourism pays the bills out here but it does take its toll on the resources.

When I did my quick "drive by" a few weeks ago there were people getting pretty close to these bears and the mama was growling. I figured it wouldn't be long. Damned tourists.
