Every flower, indeed every thing has its essence. If what I shoot will share their essence I get a good shot. Sometimes even a great shot.

I really like all the versions, Brian. Additionally, I have been hypnotised by the area on the far right between the stem and the rest of the flower. I see reds in there, but if I move my head very slightly there is quite a change. Maybe it is just that I need an IPS monitor, but I have not seen anything like that before. Intriguing!

It's the same on my monitor. It may be just our monitors but there is some subtle color interaction going on in that area.
