Thank you Paul.
I'm not a specialist, but Copt religion has a "traditional cross" as shown in # 1 or 16Quote:
I am curious as to why these Greek churches don't have the traditional cross with three horizontal bars.

Jean, thanks for the explanation and sharing these beautiful pictures.
Everywhere you are, you find something interesting to shoot.

Another nice bunch Jean :) Reducing the sharpening or structure on the sea might work better in #21. Also some dust spots say 'clean me ' in the same shot ;)
Excellent remark Binnur, thank you.
I played with On1RAW and got this version:

Nice series.
I like the last one too, Jean...I took your advice about researching super resolution and I think I have enough shots to align for the hawk that visited us recently. I think you did the super resolution here in this last shot?
Hi Izzie,
not at all, for the last one I just played with On1RAW with one file, I used super resolution with files taken in Paris at ISO 6400 to eliminate noise and increase sharpness.

Gorgeous pictures. How do you get them so sharp? Can you state your camera and settings?
Thank you Serge.
I can't really say how in detail I proceed.
For the camera, almost always in A mode (or manual), to control DOF, with one eye on ISO, even if now with my Fuji I can go to ISO 6400 without noise or almost.
For sure I play with PP for 8 years, since version 5 of Photoshop and version 1 of Lightroom, + other software like DXO Optics Pro (but not now with my Fuji X-T1 and its X-Trans sensor), On18, 9 then 10 and now On1 RAW.
A hint of clarity, a little suppression of haze + a small (or big) cursor movement on Highlights and shadows +++...., with the habit you come to know on which cursor it is necessary to play..... and here you have some "good eyes" how give you pertinent advices.
Don't hesitate to upload your files here to get advices, it's the best way to improve yourself:)
Post #49 looks very nice Jean , just some tiny dust spots in the middle image but not important really . Blues and whites go so well together, very nice compositions. the first image is kind of cute :)
Thank you Binnur, your eye is like a hawkeye :). You are right again: one black dot unless it's a bird?;) but very high in the sky!!

I love the compositions and share the opinion of Binnur. She is an expert, me, NOT!!! #24 I like for the spot of red at the corner and the place looks cold (cemetery, cold body) but nice...and calm (pun intended)...:p
Excellent additions :)
Thank you Izzie your comment are always appreciated.

So lovely.... :)
Thank you Nandakumar;)
The little private balcony...the view there in that shot and the stairs with the vegetables, I love them. Minimalist is good with the stairs. I will remember that. The last environment scene is cool. All the colours you have here are all nice and blue in most of them, like the whole country is blue...very calming, very much encourages one to think and just be...what a nice feeling!
Thank you so much Izzie;)
