BTW the last two are coal tits. Marsh tits are relatively uncommon in the UK as a whole and I don't think they occur in Scotland whereas coal tits are common and widespread. The white patch on the nape of the neck is the best identification point; marsh tits do not have a white patch.

Thanks Dave for your comments, you are correct the garden is the ideal place for me at the moment to practise with my new lens. I have had a few shots of feeders and branches with no birds on them.

I was not sure if it was a Marsh tit or a Coal tit so thanks for sorting that out for me.
