Then you may smile as I relate how it started to rain as I set up the shot so I went to the house for an umbrella and clicked away as i stood in the rain while the spider and camera stayed dry:)

Brian, I don't think this a Camel Spider. Those have massive chelicerae (the stabbing fangs) which your spider does not.

My identifying skills are horrible. any idea what has 8 legs 2 tails spins a web and looks like a spider?
