As far as the woman goes, I may be wrong, but she seems to be smiling at the man in the foreground, who is oblivious to her, but it makes me wonder about their relationship to each other and adds another dimension to the story of this worksite, which is the working relationships within it. If she is in fact smiling at you, well then I would say it does not belong.
Thank you Janis for your comment and i must say, you have a wonderful observation :). Yes, the lady was not smiling looking at me. Some other female was passing through and they smiled. About three kids with eye contact, I think you all are right. It is not fitting much in this series.

Amazing series. The last two i clearly my favorites. The contrast is great, and especially the mood in these two is amazing! :)
