Since my wife neither likes nor appreciates my street photographs, the answer to your question with respect to our home is...... none.
Instead, they are scanned and end up here and there on a handful of internet photo sites for you look at. Aren't you the lucky ones?
I imagine if I shot landscapes or nature she might want a few to hang on the wall, but frankly, I'd rather put sharp sticks in my eyes.

Whilst images to print and to hang in your own home might be your end game for all the images that you make: it is NOT necessarily everyone's "end game".

Such an odd and yet, condescending question. Have you asked that of the bird, spider, portrait, landscape, pet, baby, cloud, imaginary PP made up stuff people? Or is it only street photographers that have to justify themselves? Just asking.....please feel free to elaborate.

Since I started in digital with a 280, next a 432, and currently a 280 I shoot at whatever focal length appears to me to give me the tight framing I want when I see a subject ... I remember my frustration on adding MFT and the 84mm kit lens that I got a 280 as soon as I thought I could afford it. But I suspect it is really what you are used to and in the past decade I have rarely had less than 280 and am used to using it as I expect others like their shorter zooms ... you use what you have ... and this one I didn't need 'reach' [edit. EXIF proved me wrong 78 of 84 using that kit lens] ..... "Live View Mirror"

Wheras I used 278mm of the 430 for what seemed the appropriate framing .... "Some TONKA !"

We had a steet photo that my wife took hanging in the house for many years.

It really depends on the shot and personal tastes. When we pull together "albums" of our travels, these include a wide variety of shots; people going about their daily lives (i.e. often street photos) make up a significant portion of these collections. If we had more room on the walls, we would certainly put some up.

A quick grab with the 70-300mm lens at 78mm.
