Having witnessed satellites undergoing vibe table testing where they're subjected to the different launch load frequencies, I'd be more worried about the higher end vibes a small motor bike puts out than the big thumps of a Harley, Joe.
I have a double padded Thule bag and keep each lens in a separate pouch and have not had a single problem with vibration damage. I recently covered 1900km off road which was rough enough to shake teeth loose:
