Speaking for myself, most of my photos contain some kind of work in photoshop. Mostly color correction, and some contrast. Nothing too dramatic. I think sometimes people tend to over do the post processing and their photos look fake and unbelievable.

There were a few Echinacea posted over the (northern) summer this year. Well ...
The lady who helped us re-design our garden told us to keep things for winter structure. I'm not sure she envisaged that these would be the only thing showing through.

I photographed these about 2 years ago. As I was doing some Photoshop work it came to me that this would look good as a monochrome image. When a friend of mine suggested I leave the color on the stamens, I tried it and came up with this:

A little something I was playing with today. The original had dark cloud areas behind it (it's in one of my albums if anyone wants to look) but this one is cheering and well suited to the sunny day we have here. :)
