Newbie From Manchester seeking to improve

I have just bought a 55mm - 200mm lens so I'm hoping try it out at some point :)

Sam, quick question about the car shots. Were you using a tripod?
Glad to see you left the lights on in the second set, I was going to suggest that but just now saw your thread.

It is difficult to take uninteresting pictures of meerkats but, having said that, this one is particularly nice.

Yes I was using a tripod and yeah I was told to leave my lights on by a few other members :)
