Found this place when I was out for a drive. This is about twenty miles from the falls, and again, no tripod. I need a new tripod that I can carry with me that is easy to use.

Here is my entry for this month: Sunrise at the Entrance Coast
I picked a low tide period, went to the Entrance coast last weekend (120 km from my home), and stayed overnight, so that I had a chance to take both sunset and sunrise shots.

At the risk of sounding like an add for Australian tourism - there really is a place where you can wander around and see dozens of these guys in their natural habitat.....on the map imagine you are on the southern most part of mainland australia...or just think 'next step antartica' ....and you're there :)
