Incredibly gorgeous! Beautifully photographed, all with lovely backgrounds. I love them all but #3 is especially spectacular for the head-on and wing position, set off by another gorgeous and beautifully colourful background.
Just stunning :)
Izzie, Christina, Nandakumar thanks for all those comments. Glad you all like it :D
I love all of them Steven but No. 3 is my favourite - 'Preparing for Takeoff' and good tip to use honey.... (BTW - kind of you to PM me) :)
Beautiful photos and No. 3 is my favorite too. I agree with toning down the flowers a little.
Hi Marie, thanks for taking some time to comment on my pics. I have not tried the honey thing. I thot they would go for minerals as I often noticed them gathering by sandy/muddy patches where it is wet.
"kind of you to PM me" well that was the least I could do considering you are posting here again :o
Lovely colour and capture. And to contradict just about everyone else, I like the vibrancy of the colours but find no 3 distracting with the flower central and seemingly in front of the butterfly - on all of the others the 'just butterfiles' caption works, but I think in number 3 it doesn't. Only a very personal opinion though
Nice capture. I like the way the colors on the butterfly play against the bright colors of the Lantana in image #2 and 3. I do agree the colors are a bit too bright. My favorites are #3 and 4.
